Creating a friendly Proxmox 4 ISO installation

Is there a clear way (command line or software..etc) to insert files into proxmox 4 ISO installation without breaking the iso and the GRUB2.

You can use the default ISO (boot in debug mode) to fix your problem - the question is, what do you want to do exactly?
