Thanks for reporting back. Unfortunately, we didn't learn something new :-/

Have you showed them the mcelog output? What are valid OS's? What about trying them out and - hopefully - run into the same problem but now get support from Supermicro?

I showed them all: mcelogs, screens, bios settings. It seemed to me now, that they did not understand that I tested on a regular Debian too, not only Proxmox. Valid OS's - RedHat and OpenSuse. Yes. Tomorrow I'll try Centos (RH) - It will be the same error - 100%. May be OpenSuse too.

If you need RHEL-Kernel, then you can test also Oracle Linux (if you have an oracle account). It is closer to RH than CentOS.

That's very good! There is the same kernel in Trusty that is used on Proxmox!

I tested OS's:
Open Suse, Fedora, Centos, Ubuntu 14.04.
Same error ! exactly!
I Sent all logs to Supermicro.

Problem solved! One of the two CPUs was defective!!! Virtualization does not work on it!!
Defective CPU's are indeed rare, especially such a specific defect.
Thanks Intel support!
Seller will replace the CPU.
