cpus problem

Hello,
I have buy an OVH server "AMD 2x Opteron 4386" but now i have one problem, proxmox have hight cpu usage, i see proxmox see only 16(core+thread) and 2 socket, but this server have 2cpu.. How i can do proxmox use 2 cpu? Or proxmox can use only 1 cpu?

where is the problem? this CPU has 8 cores so you have 2 x 8 = 16 thats exactly what you see on the web gui - 16 cores on 2 sockets.

No, 16 is the addition of core and Threah the CPU have 8Core and 8 thread. but i don't see the core and thread of the second cpus
 
Show the socket count via CLI:

> cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep "physical id" | sort | uniq | wc -l
