Constant disk activity on /dev/sda

I just installed proxmox 6.0 and I noticed constant disk activity on /dev/sda1. (Also happened on proxmox 5.4). Is this a pve service constantly writing?

I'm using an SSD so I'm wondering if there is a way to minimize this behaviour if it is infact normal?

Turns out it was my turnkey fileserver LXC, wierd part is that the LXC was stopped. Why was there read and writes to the LXC disk if it was stopped? I literally just created it with default settings and didnt change anything...
