I just installed proxmox 6.0 and I noticed constant disk activity on /dev/sda1. (Also happened on proxmox 5.4). Is this a pve service constantly writing?

I'm using an SSD so I'm wondering if there is a way to minimize this behaviour if it is infact normal?

I've attached the output of
Iostat -x 1

Turns out it was my turnkey fileserver LXC, wierd part is that the LXC was stopped. Why was there read and writes to the LXC disk if it was stopped? I literally just created it with default settings and didnt change anything...
