Connection Error 595: No Route to host

Mah Guys, need your help on this.

I have a PVE cluster and after I added two additional nodes, 2 of my nodes in the same data center became this. I already made some suggestions here but still getting this error. What I've missed?

Do you have more than two nodes in your cluster? Where are the other nodes?
