Communication issue

From the console I can ping the computer that I use for remote access but the remote computer can't ping the VM. From the remote computer I can access Proxmox, other VM. The OS is Win10 and I double check that remote access is turned on.
 
Have you tried any other means of connection other than just pinging it? I think that Windows ignores pings by default.
 
I used traceroute from Mac terminal and from the router with no response. I have two instance of Windows 10 VM and the other one would respond to ping and tracerote. From the Windews 10 that cant be pinged, I can ping other computers from it. Looks like its a one way thing.

Did you have enabled the rules in your windows firewall ? Find this rule : File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv4-In) and enable it to allow ping on this VM.
 
For some reason Windows thinks my network is a pubic network. I changed it private and now remote desktop works.
