Choose USB drive as destination like tape backup

For offline storage it would be grant to be able to define USB drives as backup destinations, like you can specify tape pools at the moment.

Currently we are utilizing QNAPs to do some offline backups, but having this ability inside of Proxmox Backup Server would be grant.

I envision it like this:
a USB drive is attached to a PBS
PBS shows the USB drive in the web frontend as being available.
PBS allows to write some signature on the drive to register it automatically later on.
There is an ability to group USB drives to belong to a certain group of backup targets.
At the end of a backup job the ability to "eject" the USB drive automatically with an email message telling the admin about it.

At least that is my dream

something similar is planned (though no work has started yet AFAIK):

probably a bit different, more like a export/import datastore feature (maybe with auto-mount/detection for usb datastores) and a local sync
