Change permissions bindmount CT

I have a couple of CT running different applications, Plex, Sonarr, AutoSub etc. They all using there own user to run instead of root.

These applications need to acces data on a NAS, I have mount a NFS share direct on the pve server and create bindmount to the CT. But the applications cannot access the data, because of permissions.
I tried to change it with chown, without results.
How can I change the permissions per CT for the bindmount, or do I need to run those applications as root.

it seems your folders inside /mnt/Tv are already read/write all (777)
but what of the dir /mnt/Tv itself? it seems your application cannot go into it

also if you need more that one user to enter the directory, you can all users assign to the same group and give that group rw permssions
