change address in email or spam report

Good afternoon, I have encountered a problem that I cannot change the address to which the link leads in the spam report letter sent to users. I changed the setting item to the one shown in the screenshot, but the link in the letters comes in the form. https://mydomain:8006/quarantine?\saddasdasdasdsa. But I need the link in the letter to be something like http://mydomain/quarantine?\. PLS help
