CEPH Monitor Issue

I recently had to rebuild a failed Proxmox PVE node by reinstalling Proxmox, adding the node back into the cluster, reinstalling ceph, and bringing the OSD back into the pool. Up to that point everything came back fine. The problem is that the node failed unexpectedly and so is still listed in the ceph monitors. When I try to destroy or create it, it fails. Please see screenshots. Any help is appreciated.

Does pve3 still exist?

if yes, just remove /var/lib/ceph/mon/ceph-pve3 (assuming the mon has already been stopped and deleted.) see https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/ghost-monitor-in-ceph-cluster.58683/ for more details.

If it does NOT exist, you need to remove it from your config. see https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/i-managed-to-create-a-ghost-ceph-monitor.58435/post-389798

/var/lib/ceph/mon/ceph-pve3 does not exist on PVE03.
