Ceph m.2 ssds

Hi all

I tried google but haven't found an answer to my question. I just wanted to know if anyone has made good experience with m.2 SSDs only for ceph storage. I took a look at the pdf on this page where you guys tested ceph with 3 nodes and 4 SSDs each. There you use Samsung SM863 series. I unfortunately don't have enough space in my cases for 4* 2,5" SSDs per host. I thought I would buy Delock PCI-E-x4 Kontroller, 4x M.2 NVME and put m.2 SSDs in there. But which m.2 SSDs are good for ceph?

Anyone got suggestions or an idea where I might find an answer?

Yes I've been to that site. The problem is that I didn't find any m.2 there. In my case I'd need m.2 ssds so I can put 4 in that pci express card. The ssds on the page are either 2,5" sata or ssds with a pcie connection, but only one ssd on there (or did I miss something?)

I don't have tested them, but have a look at intel datacenter ssd, they are some with m2 format.

It should be ok if they are datacenter ssd.
