Hi all,

I try to download CentOS 5 minimal and all the time I receive this error:

15:57:21 (66.65 KB/s) - `/tmp/apldownload-27818-tmp.dat' saved [48265038/48265038]

wrong checksum: a0636a40569826e6149f32ce602fa5f3 != 7d284f969f5735c8e73ad7c3405af330

It's something wrong with this template?

PS: when will be available a template for Ubuntu 6.0 LTS?

hi,

I think the template is OK, I assume the issue occurs because of the recreation of SSH keys - we will fix this.

You can use also all templates published from the OpenVZ project:

see http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/template/precreated

there are also ubuntu templates - starting from 6.06 and also 8.04.

I ask maybe a stupid question, but how I upload manually OpenVZ templates?

For example, I download the OpenVZ template for Proxmox MGw 2.2 and when I try to upload the tar file on the server I receive error...Invalid template. What it't the correct procedure?

I'm a novice in VE...

I download other templates from OpenVZ and these are working! Why Proxmox MailGW 2.2 don't want to be uploaded?

hi,

yes, I just tried this here, you are right. if you use firefox it does not work - we try to fix this in a future version.

If you use IE6 or IE7 it works without any problems.

workaround (if on IE6/IE7 is available):

just copy the template via scp to your Proxmox VE server (to /var/lib/vz/template/cache).

(if you are on win desktop, you can use winscp. if you are on a Linux desktop, you probably know how to use scp.)

correct! Another FF issue! Maybe the final release will correct this error! On Unix/Linux user most of us we use FF.

Anyway, it's better that we find the cause of the error!
