Your screenshots indicate that the required services are running properly. The issue is likely in your network configuration.

You have an old version of the PVE, so presumably this has worked at some point? When did it stop working and what have you changed?

What are the answers to the first 7 questions:
What is the IP of the PVE server?
What is the IP of your workstation?
What is the IP of your gateway?
Can you ping the PVE server?
Can you ssh into PVE server?
What is the output of "ip a" on PVE?
What is the corresponding output from your workstation? (ipconfig /all ; ip a)

What exactly does "cant open" mean? What is the error message? Why do you not have ssh? Is there a particular error you receive? What is the output of "ip route" ?
Do you have space on your root disk? (df -h)

Cheers

The Web UI has been inaccessible for approximately two months, following a power outage that required the servers to be shut down. Despite this, all containers and virtual machines on the server continue to run without any issues.

1. Is this an internal IP?
Yes – the server is on an internal IP: 10.99.0.155.

2. What is the IP address of the client machine?
10.99.0.22

3. What is the default gateway?
10.99.0.1

4. Can you ping the Proxmox server from the client?
Yes, I can successfully ping the server.

5. Can you SSH into the server?
Yes, SSH access is working. However, when I run the following command:

Command - curl https://10.99.0.155:8006/ -k | grep title

Response - curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: No such file or directory in connection to 10.99.0.155:8006

I am confused...
1. Is this an internal IP?
Yes – the server is on an internal IP: 10.99.0.155.
Your photo of the screen shows 10.99.0.150
i am accessing the server directly no SSH.
Yes, SSH access is working.
multiple servers?

Response - curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: No such file or directory in connection to 10.99.0.155:8006
Thats not what the screenshot shows

172.58.0.0/24 dev docker5 proto kernel scope link src 172.58.0.1
Docker can heavily interfere with host networking, especially when your host is a hypervisor with its own, somewhat complex, network dependencies. You should not run docker on your hypervisor directly.

Unfortunately, there is too much conflicting information here. This leads to the usual advice of - carefully review all your settings, disable any external unnecessary services, reboot your PC, review your logs. Try to get the system into a clean state, and if it still does not work - post back here.

I deeply apologize for the confusion. The screenshots i sent in the first post was a wrong one. please disregard. The internal IP is 10.99.0.155 . and yes i am able to SSH into PVE. So the curl command for the the 10.99.0.155 is accurate. About docker, i created an LXC container, then used docker to spin up different services, i am not running docker directly on the hypervisor. thank you for your help.
