thats the message that i have when i try to migrate my vm to another node,

If you have a "cdrom" hardware attached that is not located on shared storage, then you need to disconnect it prior to VM migration.

I recommend create a dedicated HA VM that hosts your ISO files and export it via NFS. Afterwards you use the NFS in PVE and mark the storage as shared. After this, you will be able to live migrate VMs with attached ISO files.
