Can't login to request tracker

Hi,

Installed the request tracker appliance. It says to first time login as root/pass. No luck here however. Getting error username or password don't exist. Tried both IE and Firefox but no luck. I'm 100% sure I entered the right password. Any clue?

the wiki page and all rt docu:

username: root
password: password

better?

see also the syslog and make sure, you give minimum RAM und Swap (512 + 512).
 
Hi tom,

just an idea...
Change "After booting, please connect to the RT web interface http://youripaddress and log in via root/password." on the wiki-page to:

"After booting, please connect to the RT web interface http://youripaddress and log in via username: root and the default-password: password."
