Hello everyone,

I work in a company where the internet connection is provided by 2 modems from 2 different access providers (access provider_1 and access provider_2)
We are usually connected to access provider_1, the 2nd modem serves as a relay in the event of failure of the 1st.

when we are connected to access provider_1, we can connect to proxmox on https://<ip-server>:8006 without problem but on access provider_2, it's impossible to connect to the proxmox interface. On chrome we receive the error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

the configuration of proxmox is prior to my arrival in the company, I suppose that a firewall allows access to the interface only if we conect with access provider_1's ip.

After a technical incident, we can no longer connect the local network of the company to access provider_1 which is behind a router.
On the other hand, it is always possible to connect by wifi to access provider_1 and thus to have access to proxmox with a portable computer.

while waiting for the router configuration to be repaired, we must therefore be able to access proxmox from the access provider ip

Does anyone have an idea of the procedure?

Thank you so much,

Dimitri

check your firewall settings? probably there's a management ipset where it's defined
