Never seen this before. Can you try removing the "." and the spaces in the filename? To what storage are you uploading the iso? You can try uploading it via scp to for example: /var/lib/vz/template/iso - the web interface should recognize it. Does this maybe work for you?

You need to check the path for your fitting storage. For me for example on ceph it is:
root@PMX1:/mnt/pve/cephfs/template/iso#

The Webinterface automatically refreshes its list when you view the isos in storage-view.

What does root@PMX1:/# journalctl -t pveproxy --since "1 hour ago" say? (you need to do a failed upload first, to see logs from the last 1hour)

i never been able to upload any iso more than 1g via web since prox7.0 just use MobaXtrem and all fine and fast. Or write all on keyboard by scp ...

this happens when i switch to another tab, but, when i recorded video, i don't swith chto another tab, connection to proxmox is established via LAN cable in LAN network, i think, that problem is only on my side.

Hi, what's your pveversion -v?
Lately, there have been some changes to the upload, so the exact version is important to know.

Edit: I have seen something like this before, but didn't find the cause (or at least I don't remember). Might have been a broken disk.

Version looks good. What's the disk PVE is running on?
Please note that the upload always goes first to /var/tmp and only then to the upload target, so if there is an issue with the disk, selecting a different storage shouldn't change a thing.

Which browser do you use? Does it work with a different browser? (chrome and firefox)

i tried to upload iso file with chrome, i received same error:
1673814597065.png
also i able to upload file successfully usinng sftp client.
1673814654137.png

Q:What's the disk PVE is running on?
A: proxmox is running on USB flash drive (32GB) ZFS file system.
Q: Which browser do you use? Does it work with a different browser? (chrome and firefox)
A: i tried using chrome and firefox, same results.

I am also receiving the "Error '0' occurred while receiving the document.". I also use USB drives as root with ZFS. I wanted to try your solution from the other post modifying the AnyEvent.pm file. It got further than previously but still failed with Error 0.
Not sure if that's useful. :)

Please show the output of pveversion -v
What's the size of the file you upload?
What are IO delay and load (you can find this e.g. in GUI->Summary)?

Does copying with scp and rsync work?

File size is 6.1GB
I/O Delay and Load: I can't change screens in the GUI when I am uploading. (As far as I can tell)
scp worked perfectly

hi, as i say, i hava same error, when using USB drive in as root with ZFS, you not alone :)

I/O Delay and Load: I can't change screens in the GUI when I am uploading. (As far as I can tell)
access the gui from a second browser tab : )
Version looks good, that's the one with bugfixes included.

Does the upload get progressively slower and crawls to a halt before you see that error message?
To clarify, USB drive is something like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB_flash_drive, not just a USB attached SSD?

Hi all,
I have the same issue but tried with the "Download from URL" option and it worked fine.
