Cannot import rpool "INVALID EXCHANGE"

Hello everyone,
I installed proxmox on a dell R710; everything fine, unless one day after reboot the OS doesn't start and It stays on INITRAMFS;
The error is:
"CANNOT IMPORT RPOOL INTERNAL ERROR: INVALID EXCHANGE"

I tried to manually import 'rpool', following some guides on this forum, but I can't resolve my problem.
I tried this command:
zpool import -N rpoll
and i receive the error:
INTERNAL ERROR: CANNOT IMPORT 'RPOOL' : INVALID EXCHANGE'
but if I try with the command:
zpool import -R rpool
i receive the status ONLINE of RPOOL and the status, all in ONLINE, of the RAIDZ.

Sorry, but I am new in proxmox and sorry for my english!
