Cannot delete a user from a PVE Cluster

I'm having issues deleting a user from a PVE cluster, with the following error.

$ pveum user delete "user.name@pve"
delete user failed: error with cfs lock 'file-user_cfg': realm 'pve' does not allow removing the 2nd factor

$ pveversion
pve-manager/6.0-4/2a719255 (running kernel: 5.0.15-1-pve)

So whenever I try to delete it I get the error above.
Anyone any idea on how to resolve this?

I actually managed to remove it by disabling the 2FA on the PVE realm and deleting the account then enabling the 2FA again.

sounds like a bug - could you file one at https://bugzilla.proxmox.com and include your (redacted if you want) user.cfg and "pveversion -v" output?
