cannot connect to port 8006 to access browser GUI

Hello,
Laptop A & Laptop B are connected via Ethernet cable,

I have installed Proxmox VE on laptop A.
It is configured with IP within the available range and does not conflict with another device on my LAN.

From laptop B, when I attempt to access the GUI via the URL that Proxmox provides ending with :8006/ , I get an error "ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE" from my browser.

How can this be solved so that I can access the Proxmox GUI from Laptop B's browser ?
