Can someone clarify how pricing 4 subscription works?

Proxmox says my server has:

CPUs 8x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1245 V2 @3.40GHz (1 Socket)

Does this now count as 8 CPUs so would I pay 8 x € 5,41/month (per CPU) for a community subscription?

A subscription is licensed per physical server and CPU socket.

Literally says it right there on:
https://www.proxmox.com/en/proxmox-ve/pricing

Which means it is PER SOCKET, not per CPU Core.

Oh, one more thing, while checking out it says

but never specifies what additional information I am supposed to give.

Towards the end it says:

Total Recurring: €77,88EUR Annually

but I'm not interested in anything recurring, is that optional?
