Can not restore any backup

Hi, i need to backup a Qemu VM

But the Backup fails.

It is one of my productive vms and very critical.

I recieve this error:

The error message indicates that the vma file is corrupt/damaged (wrong vma extent header chechsum) ...
 
i backup all my vms like the normal backup of proxmox

is there any way to get data out of this vma? Here are my only backup
 
I backup all vms with the proxmox backup and now it fails!?
I need the data from the filesystem

Its a samba share
Today, I create a backup on the local store. I receive the same failures.
It seems it isn't depend of the storagetype.

If possible do a memory test on the server. (memtest86+).

Also download the file: vzdump-qemu-107-2016_12_31-03_18_55.vma.gz from backup server to your workstation and check if you can gunzip it there. If it gunzips there just fine, your data is probably OK and you will be able to get it back.

I can extract the backup, but I can not restore the file.
In other words. What is your way when you have successful extracted the tar.gz?
