can not create osd's - creates partitions instead

hello all...please,so advice.....feeling lost and its urgent!
just installed proxmox and ceph,did the whole process and i tried to create the osd's...and i stuck!
when i hit create osd,it does the job,asys ok but i get only partitions,no new osd's.....
i tried again,do a disk zap,go again,again same result....so,i got 4 servers,with this situation....i can not work at all...i used the latest version (Proxmox Virtual Environment 4.2-15/6669ad2c)....
i also attach a screen...

the hard drives are almost unused,just one or two times installed proxmox....
so,please,give me a hand........many thanks!!!

completely delete your used hard drives before you create OSDs (at least the first 1 GB), eg. with dd.

oh well..i tried this command.....

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdb and still seems to just partiition the disk.....no luck yet...
