can i recover deleted vm volume

i have a vm to which i attached another volume of 200GB, this volume was owned by this vm,
when i deleted the volume i lost the 200gb volume,
i know its my fault and i am stupid
but is there any way i can recover this lost volume, i am scared out of my mind if you know what i am talking about,
i had a lot of import data on this 200gb volume

Please let me know which storage did you use for (ZFS, LVM, directory, etc.) and whether you have any snapshots or backups already ?

i use lvm, and i don't have any snapshots or backup

I’m really sorry to learn that you lost your data.

I hope you’ll always remember to set backups or snapshots before making any modification and for sensitive data, I recommend using the 3‑2‑1 method.
