Can I migrate virtualbox machines to proxmox

Hello I am new to proxmox. I have been using VirtualBox for the last couple of years. I can't seem to find any info on this. Is it possible to move machines from virtualbox into proxmox? If it is possible can you point me to some directions of how to do this?

So I should treat the VirtualBox machine as though it is a physical machine? Then following the directions to use SSH should work just fine?
