Can I make dist-upgrade?

Hello,

is safe make dist-upgrade on promox server?
I have one OVH Promox server with two running virtual containers.

OVH live monitoring shows:


This mean, that core of my installed system is old?
I dont know if I could do "apt-get dist-upgrade" safe (mean no errors, without longer shotdown)?

if you already run 2.x you can always update with:

aptitude update && aptitude full-upgrade

My OVH server status show:
Kernel: 2.6.32-11-pve
[ last version 3.2.13 ]

How can I upgrade to version 3.2.13?

I run this command, but It isnt helping...

there is no 3.2.13 Proxmox VE kernel, latest is 2.6.32-14.
