Hello,
I use Proxmox Backup Server (3.2.9) and often face an issue with my storage. My disk usage is frequently between 90-95% of its capacity.
To avoid exceeding 95%, I regularly check the storage status and manually delete some backups I consider non-essential. Afterward, I run a garbage collection, which allows me to reclaim several dozen gigabytes. However, I face a problem: the famous 24-hour delay before the data collected by the GC stay in "pending data" can actually be deleted.
I’ve read many posts and articles on this topic, but it seems it’s impossible to accelerate or force this deletion. Why not give users the option if they know what they’re doing? Is there really no solution other than waiting for these 24 hours?
Thanks in advance for your help
