There are many differing opinions. There is no perfect file system. But now that Btrfs is also built into the Proxmox installer, could anything have improved?
For OS-only use, putting most of the load on Ceph (VMs and CTs), wanting to prioritize performance, but mainly data security, high availability and fast troubleshooting (disk failures and others), what would be the best filesystem today to choose when installing a new node?
I'm thinking of creating a RAID 1 with two disks just for the operating system, with the aim of making it last a long time. Now it remains to choose the file system.
Anyone who can help, I appreciate it!
Thanks!
