Hello,

I built a new proxmox server with two 2TB WD Black NVMes in a ZFS mirror about a week ago. I just checked the ZFS pool and noticed that it was in a degraded state. Upon further inspection, one of the NVMes had a few errors. I wondered if this is something to worry about or clear it and monitor it. What do you all recommend I do at this stage? direct (13).png

I would suggest you have a look at the smart data (smartctl /dev/disk/by-id/nvme-<FAULTED_DISK_HERE> -acontact the vendor.
Potentially, there could also be an issue with some other hardware (connector, power supply), so you might want to review those. e.g. do more errors happen on a different connector, and only on this disk? then it's the disks fault
