Bouncing email

Hi I just started install PMG fo replacing Spamexperts on cPanel

both incoming and outgoing mail get bounce --> status=bounced (unknown user: "xxxxx")

what misconfiguration ?
for incoming : MX already pointing to PMG with first priority 10
for outgoing : smarthost already pointing to PMG

also what setting for Default Relay is PMG IP or cpanel Server IP?

I see "host not found" in your logs, seem your DNS cannot find yahoo.com.

And a user unknown problem error. If the email is not existing, it cannot be delivered.

any idea to resolve ?
my contract with Spamexperts will end this week, i will paid proxmox subscription if PMG can work normally

A ping does not check MX record.

Obviously there is a misunderstanding. If you need help, you can buy support to get help for your configuration.

Thinking of buying support after you got it running is the opposite approach.
