Block receiver email

I have tried several ways to block a receipent without success.

Basically I have a former user/email that gets about 15 viruses a day at minimum. The person is no longer working there and the email is invalid anyway. I tried adding the email address in the blacklist and such but the virus checks are still coming up.

define a rule like this:

From: Anybody
To: A Who object containing the unwanted email address
When: Always
What: Anything
Action: Block

make sure the priority is on a first place (before the virus check).
