I successfully installed BlissOS 15 and it's running normally. The only problem is that the colors displayed on the page are incorrect whether I'm using noVnc or SPICE.

I installed a noVnc server (droidvnc-ng-2.18.1) in BlissOS and connected to it via websockify-js + noVnc, and it displayed correctly.

PVE 9.1.6,BlissOS15.9.2,E3 1275 V6,There is no integrated Intel graphics (my motherboard does not support it)

Never used BlissOS - but have you tried a different Display type, maybe VirGL GPU ?
The display settings were changed so that BlissOS virtual machine could not start normally when VirGL GPU was enabled; otherwise, the screen would go black on boot when the default GPU was enabled.
I've tried many methods, but none of them have solved the problem.

Congratulation on getting that far. I've tried to install Bliss in a VM multiple time in the past and never got it to function.

I've tried it many times too. You can try the configuration I provided above. Good luck!
