Better KVM Performance - Fujitsu C400 ThinClient ?

Hi,

I try to use a KVM with Win7 32bit, qcow2 and 1500MB Ram on a Fujitsu C400 ThinClient (https://sp.ts.fujitsu.com/dmsp/docs/ds-futro-c400.pdf).
The Performance especially the graphics are a bit poor, I tried to use a virtio LAN-card and Cirrus Logic GD5446 Graphic but was not able to install the drivers for both under win7 32bit.

Can someone give me a hint to get a better performance please ?

Hi I tried another Client-OS with Ubuntu 10.04.2 and virtio networkdrivers and got a very good performance (tested with iperf).

The Futro C400 Thinclient works good with the vm but there is just one problem with every os, I cannot figure out. When I mark some cells in OpenOffice-Calc or a space in another program with the mouse I lost it after a short time <1s. Is this problem Proxmox/KVM related ?

I do not understand your setup. Proxmox VE is designed to run on server hardware, pls give more details what you installed.

Sorry, ich muß auf Deutsch antworten, mein Englisch ist nicht so toll und die obige Formulierung ist zugegebenermaßen verwirrend.

Ich benutze den "Fujitsu Futro C400" - ThinClient https://globalsp.ts.fujitsu.com/dmsp/docs/db-thinclient-futro-c400-de.pdf um auf eine virtuelle Maschine die unter Proxmox 1.9 läuft zuzugreifen. Auf der virtuellen Maschine läuft noch die Software des Futro (vspace), diese wird verwendet damit sich mehrere Benutzer gleichzeitig an einem Client anmelden können (TerminalServer).

Ich habe xp (32bit), win7 (32 u. 64bit) sowie Ubuntu 10.04.2 (64bit) getestet und bekomme leider immer einen Fehler wenn ich ein Fenster "aufziehen" will. Beim Versuch einen Bereich zu markieren beginnt sich ein Fenster zu bilden und verschwindet gleich wieder.

Kennt jemand diesen Fehler oder kann mir einige Tipps geben, ich komme hier leider nicht weiter ?
