Dear folks,
i would like to keep offline, air-gapped backups of all of our VMs in a 3-node cluster. We are aware of PBS and already using it. However i would like to use physical local media.
My first idea was to mount & rotate some big SSDs on a node, then export the share via NFS to others. Unfortunately that does not align very well with the different backup jobs and times and mounting/unmounting is a pain in the ass. Furthermore, if the NFS-shares get stall, the proxmox nodes are not happy about that.
Do you see a better approach for this? We would like to only rotate the SSD-drives on one specific node, as we do not have multiple for each cluster node.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Thanks
