Backup Storage Partition

Hi Guys,
I am new to Proxmox. My boss wants me to figure out a way to change the partition size of the Backup Storage.
In total it is around 13 TB in size, but it is partitioned into 2 parts - one is only 60GB and the other is 12TB.
I want both the parts to be equal (6TB and 6TB). How do I do it?

Hi,
Is it a secondary storage, or the system's root disk?
What kind of storage type is it?
What filesystem is it using/would you like to use?
Is there data on the partitions?

thanks for the reply.

Type - Directory
Content - VZDump backup file
Yes, there is data on both partitions. The first partition(60GB) is almost full and therefore does not take backups anymore. The second one (12TB) has a lot of space (around 11TB).

Okay, so the drive is actually attached to a Proxmox VE host, rather than an instance of Proxmox Backup Server?
Do you have anywhere else that you could transfer the backup data to temporarily, so that you can format and re-partition the disk? Even some space on the root filesystem would suffice, if there is enough available.

Sorry for the late reply.
I think I have space to shift the data for some time, but I don't really know how to do it in Proxmox. I have another storage called Replication, it has around 5TB of free space.

What kind of storage is Replication? If it's also a Directory storage, you could simply copy the files from one directory to the other. And sorry, but I just noticed that the storage is available to two nodes. Is it backed by a network storage such as NFS? A local directory on one node can't be shared across the cluster
