Backup, Permission denied

Hi. I get an error while autobackup.

How can I fix it?

you run a cluster? if yes, check your cluster status (quorum) and the status of pmxcfs .

I'm having the same problem. Not running a cluster environment. Also don't have network access or GUI interface but can login to Pve host. My goal is to backup VMs and reinstall. But Vzdump fails with permission error and failure to execute 'qm set' command. Had some kind of failure or GUI allow a setup to be changed that caused this problem. Please help.

@5310 It looks like there are many problems in your installation. If the GUI is not available then some services are most likely not running. If you don't have internet access, then your /etc/network/interfaces is probably wrong.

Thanks but I already realized something bad was wrong.

How do I backup my VMs so I can easily reinstall? Why won't Root not have permissions to access everything? Vzdump fails because of permission issues creating a file. How can the occur? How do I fix.

You could try to run vzdump from the command line interface.
