Backup modus:susped & Server downtime 10 Minutes

Helo,

i configrued my Proxmox to backup my System dayly.
The backup stars at 2 a clock in the morning. Every day at 5 a clock i get a message of my monitoringsystem that the service http and ssh is not availible for 10 minutes.

The Backup is configured with modus: suspend.

Does anyone has an idea why my server is not availible for 10 Minutes?

sorry i made an misstake. I am using the snapshot-modus.
But the downtime still exists.

Hi Tobias,
do i understand you right, that the proxmox-host is unavaible for 10 min, or a VM, which are backuped?
How often your monitoring software test the service? With which timeout for the service?
Do you monitor also the load of the proxmox-host?
Do you save the backup local, or via network - so that havy networkusage encumber other network-services?
