Backup error - user mismatch

1] backup VM to pbs as some user to repository A (acl assigned)
2] add other user to repository A (asl assigned)
3] change user in PVE for backup
4] backup error: other_user@pbs != some_user@pbs

this is intentional to prevent accidental overwriting. probably needs some 'adoption' action to change owner though. the owner is encoded in a file named 'owner' inside the backup group directory (e.g., $DATASTORE/vm/$VMID/owner)
