You should be able to do it with
fdisk/
parted. This article [0] was written for PVE guests, but it should also apply to PVE hosts as far as I'm concerned when you're booting a Linux Live ISO on the same machine. Be aware that this could pose a risky procedure, so only follow this if you're fully aware what the command line utilities are doing and that with some wrongdoing you could loose the data on the disk.
