Asus P12R-M Motherboard and Intel Xeon E-2336

Hi all, hope you can help - I am considering the following configurtion (hardware) for Proxmox VM/KVM latest server (debian or ubuntu installation)

Has anyone tried the config / has found any problems with it?

• Asus P12R-M Motherboard
• Intel Xeon E-2336, 6 Core, 2.9GHz, 12MB Cache, 65Watts.
• 2 x 32GB DDR4 3200MHz ECC UDIMM Memory
