Asking suggestions for network switch

Hello,

I am going to co-locate a 5 node cluster in a DC.

I will use 3 separate networks interfaces as recommended:
- 1 Gbps eth for Internet
- 1 Gbps eth for Cluster corosync
- 10 Gbps eth for Ceph hyper-converged

The cluster may grow in the future or I can add another cluster to reach 15 nodes.

I was thinking to buy 2 switches, one 1GBbps for internet and corosync and one 10GBbps for Ceph.

Do you think this is a correct approach?

Any suggestions for switch type and brand?

I love my ubiquiti products- havent got the 10g yet but it is in the budget

I would double the NICs and use two 10G switches. If only one switch for anything, you're actually creating a SPOF in your setup.
