as creating Proxmox cluster between 3 and 3.1

sorry for the inconvenience, but would like to know what are the steps to create a cluster between 3 and 3.1 Proxmox. thanks
 
this is not recommended. only build a cluster with identical versions.

already achieved it, now what I get is that when I want to migrate a VM it constantly asks me the password, I put the the root and nothing is asking for one indefinitely.
I can say to that is because it

Note: when you create a client asked me the master key (root) and then told me if I wanted to update the key .. I said yes.

Hi,
simply change the cdrom (Hardware -> CDROM -> edit -> "do not use any media") and you can do an migrate.
