Are Sub-pools/Folders a thing?

I understand that pools are a thing but I was wondering if within those pools/folders I can create sub pools/folders with their own permissions?

The pool can have their own permission, but there is IMHO no subpool.

Ok I understand. What I am trying to do is replicate what i have in VMware where I have folders with subfolders and each with their own permissions
