Hello Proxmox Community,

I’m encountering an issue while performing upgrades on my Proxmox VE setup and could use some guidance to resolve it.

During todays upgrade attempt using apt full-upgrade, I received a warning regarding the removal of the meta-package ‘proxmox-ve’. Here’s the output that I encountered:

Code:
root@pve:~# apt update

Hit:2 http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm InRelease
Hit:3 http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm InRelease

How can i solve this? I'm at the end of ideas...

Thanks you for joining, but there are already so many threads about this (please use the search or just look) and we'll have to wait until staff get to work tomorrow morning.

Thanks, but believe me, I've searched and tried pretty much everything. But somehow nothing really addresses my problem. Unfortunately, none of the suggested steps help.

Code:
pve-container/stable 5.1.11 all [upgradable from: 5.1.10]
pve-manager/stable 8.2.4 amd64 [upgradable from: 8.2.2]

It says that these packages should be upgraded but then apt full-upgrade just tries to remove them.

Yes, that's because the repository is currently broke (by staff) and everybody is waiting for staff to fix it.
