Will the current appliance templates work with version 2 and if so where do put/activate them so i can use them when creating virtual machines?

I have used the debian 6 standard template to test 10 or so containers.

put it at /var/lib/vz/template/cache

You need to copy them manually to /var/lib/vz/template/cache

We will add a GUI in the next weeks.
