If I restart proxmox, I can not login to web admin. I have to start apache from ssh.

Ok after reinstalling proxmox. Web gui problem seems to be fixed. But now when I restart proxmox, It stucks with Stopping OpenVZ message and does nothing else.

strange - perhaps problems with the ISO, cdrom-drive, harddisk (so that the installation is broken)? I guess the second.

Yes there were 4 kvm. But problem is gone anyway. I guess there was misconfiguration or something. Reinstalling fix it.
