I'm having the same issue as multiple users and I've tried everything, I've been hours changing configurations and I can't solve it.

W11 with official ISO.

Here I've tried all possible combinations found on this forum about cpu and "args" (not present currently) like:

args: -cpu host,hv_relaxed,hv_spinlocks=0x1fff,hv_vapic,hv_time,+vmx
args: -cpu 'host,+svm,-hypervisor'
cpu: hidden=1
etc.

I've tried with q35 and i440fx multiple versions each.

I've also disabled the secureboot in the bios.

No matter what I do this is still not working, any help would be much appreciated.

If someone gets here from google, this is the solution:

Edit from main shell the file:

/etc/pve/qemu-server/XXX.conf
(being XXX the id of your vm)

Add this:
args: -cpu Cooperlake,hv_relaxed,hv_spinlocks=0x1fff,hv_vapic,hv_time,+vmx
cpu: host
