First, thanks for all the tutorials and support. After spending 3 days and nights (and already having installed a 1030 GT out of frustration) in reading through dozends of tutorials, reddits and forums...
I finally got it working under Win11 with a Renoir 4750G (same Vega8 iGPU then 5700G). Running it on a Gigabyte MC12-LE0.
Whoever this might help:
Of course, I did all the normal prework (blacklist drivers, check for right IOMMU groups, disable secure bios on your server etc..)
What did the magic was the following:
1) I added both the AMD Graphic adapter and the AMD Audio as PCIe Device using the 5700 vBIOS files. Important, do not add the PCIe devices with "All functions". If doing so, the systems seem to add the entire iommu group (incl USB and others).
2) I used the RadeonResetBugFix via WIN11 Command Prompt "install" command in the client.
Result: The Error Code43 on the Graphics Adapter in the device manager is finally gone. Handbrakes uses the AMD VCE encoder with >200fps. As I am on Remote Desktop Connection, that's what I wanted to see.
