After Upgrade to 1.7: Vm win2008 hang reboot

some irq conflicts? post the VM config file.

does safe-mode help? is it a win2008 or a win2008r2, also specifiy the sp level and the architecture (32 or 64).
 
The Machine is a Win2008 Web Edition 64bit and I tried with safe-boot menù of Windows but reboot always.
I tried with a backup of machine made before upgrade, but same problem.

try starting on a 2.6.18 kernel. do you have SP2 on this win2008? I remember some issue with win2008 without sp2.

and yes, you can add the vm-110-disk-1.qcow2 (work with a copy) to any other VM to access the data.

I solved to create a new machine with old data.
